We all know how many hours our kids spend in front of a screen. This excessive use of media leads to numerous problems. From sleep and eating disorder, attention problems, school difficulties to obesity, our children have to deal with all these symptoms on a daily basis. Nature affects our mental health in so many ways. It reduces stress and improves cognition in children. So let’s help them become healthy and positive individuals.
In the first episode of the movie “Wild Child”, three adventure moms Brooke Froelich (30), Morgan Brechler (25) and Shannon Robertson (28) share their love of the outdoors with their kids through rock climbing, hiking and camping. You will see how nature and the bonds it nourishes can empower both parents and children to reach their greatest potential.
