“Unfortunately, there is no magic pill. I actually have to put in hard work to stay fit,” Lima tells Vogue in an interview. “For those who hate running, I’m sorry, but it really does the trick. I notice that my body really transforms from even just 30 minutes a day. If you don’t like doing it, find something to motivate you. Try with cute new workout clothes, an amazing playlist, a great scenic path, or a fitness buddy. Just get up and move!,” she adds.
